MY SKYLINES

As a human being, we always want to look further. To discover more,
Often we are curious to know what is behind the horizon.
But these thoughts will also disturb our feeling of being safe in the world.
Therefore we close the access to our garden,to make it clear that it's ours.We speak about "our city" and "our land" to create a feeling of being safe together.
In my works i try to give you a safe feeling. Instead of looking to the endless world, i give you a limited area.
That's all. That's what you get. 
To avoid a cacophony of forms,i bring it back to the essence.
With colourfields strictly surrounded by black lines, i bring you what i call "E-art". The E(ssence) of art.
The use of colours,based on the reality,is meant to create a world of hope,dreams and happiness.

WORK ON METAL

A colourfull combination of colours that you can change yourself because the use of magnets. You can manipulate the artwork and create your own work. This interaction makes that you become part of the artwork.
